We are seeking a talented individual to join our Energy & Power team at Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Assistant Manager

We will count on you to:

As a Pre Sales Executive in the Insurance Broking industry, you will play a critical role in supporting sales. This role involves supporting the sales process through pre-sales activities, fixing meetings with corporate clients, managing client pre-onboarding, and conducting cold calls to generate appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to deliver tailored pre-sales support including presentations, proposals, and market analysis.
  • Identify and schedule meetings with corporate clients to present Marsh’s services, ensuring alignment with client needs and internal teams.
  • Manage the client pre-onboarding process by collecting necessary information, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and facilitating a smooth transition.
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients, communicate Marsh’s value proposition, qualify leads, and fix appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, appointments, and follow-ups using CRM and related tools.

What you need to have:

  • Min. 3 Years of experience with related industry & functions.
  • Ability to manage & build relationships with internal and external customers, insurance partners and servicing vendors.
  • Graduate with Business/Insurance/commerce or related field.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision and under pressure.
