Role Overview:

We are looking for a performance -driven Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to support and execute digital campaigns focused on lead generation, brand visibility, and customer engagement across real estate and hospitality verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, YouTube, etc.).

  • Drive performance marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and ROI.

  • Manage and optimize paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads).

  • Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.

  • Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad creatives, landing pages, and campaigns.

  • Handle SEO & website optimization to improve organic traffic.

  • Support CRM integration and lead tracking for better conversions.

  • Manage email marketing and WhatsApp campaigns.

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality and conversion.

  • Track and report campaign metrics (CPL, CTR, conversions, ROI).

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.

  • 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing (real estate/hospitality preferred).

  • Hands -on experience in performance marketing and lead generation campaigns.

  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and analytics tools.

  • Experience in managing landing pages and funnel optimization.

  • Good analytical and problem -solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.

  • Knowledge of real estate or hospitality digital funnels.

  • Strong coordination and communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast -paced, target -driven environment.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Cost per Lead (CPL)

  • Lead quality and conversion rates

  • Campaign ROI

  • Website traffic and engagement

  • Digital contribution to overall sales
