Position:
Remuneration: Rs.12LPA - Rs.14LPA CTC
Desired Qualification & Experience: 8+ Years
Locations: Bangalore
â Identify and connect with potential recruiters, hiring partners, and industry stakeholders.
â Build and maintain professional relationships with HR teams and recruitment partners.
â Support the expansion of corporate networks and placement opportunities.
â Coordinate placement drives, interviews, recruitment events, and hiring activities.
â Schedule and manage interactions between recruiters and students.
â Ensure smooth communication and coordination during placement processes.
â Assist students with placement -related activities including resume reviews and interview coordination.
â Coordinate with training and academic teams to ensure student readiness.
â Support employability initiatives and career guidance programs.
â Maintain recruiter databases, placement records, and activity trackers.
â Prepare reports related to placements, recruiter engagement, and student outcomes.
â Track placement performance metrics and provide regular updates to management.
â Stay updated on hiring trends, recruitment practices, and industry requirements.
â Identify new opportunities for recruiter engagement and placement expansion.
â Conduct market research to support departmental strategies.
â Work closely with internal teams for successful execution of placement activities.
â Ensure timely communication, documentation, and follow -up with stakeholders.
â Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
â Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.
â Master’s degree preferred.
â 6–9 years of relevant experience in Corporate Relations, Placement Coordination, Recruitment, or Business Development.
â Experience in the Education, Training, or IT sector will be an added advantage.
â Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
â Good relationship -building and coordination abilities.
â Understanding of recruitment processes and hiring practices.
â Ability to work in a target -oriented environment.
â Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
â Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related productivity tools.
â Ability to work collaboratively with cross -functional teams.
