Key Roles :
Responsible area : JE Chennai Plant 601, 603, 605
- Lead the JE Quality system implementation and Monitor the  Quality Management System in JEPL.
- Lead the Third party certification + Line transfer audit approval
- Lead the new customer plant assessment qualification 
- I- Adherance of measuring equipment calibration plan vs actual
 

Quality Interface when customer audit will be done in production facility related to new product PPAP and Customer Realted Quality System Audits / Third party audits

Lead the Internal audit Management (QMS audit / Process audit / Product audit  schedule and perform as per requirements)
- Perform the Internal/Process/Product and Layer-Process-Audit/Countermeasure-Effectiveness-Verification Audit on monthly Basis and follow up the W3-Items.
- Ensure audit NC analysis and closure (W3)as per time line.

Communicate with Customer specific requirements across the plant.
Co-ordinate to evaluate department wise Risk assesment / Contigency plan  

Lead the Root cause analysis for Customer situation for Development / zero km (SOP + Safelauch) follow the 8D /PDCA/FTA methodology.
Implement Countermasure (sorting/repair/others)/ update the Horizonal deployment & Standardization.(FMEA, Control plan, Work instruction & Checksheet)

Provide Monthly reports reports and product datas any information to JEPL and HQ / China / Europe Corporate functions that can help to analyze the problem to improve quality quickly and to prevent from reoccurrence.
