Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager – Financial Services will support and
drive CSC DigiPay operations in West Bengal, with a focus on VLE
onboarding, mapping, training, handholding, capacity building, issue
resolution, and coordination with District Managers (DMs).

Key Responsibilities

• Support CSC DigiPay operations across the state, ensuring smooth
  implementation and adoption.
  
• Drive VLE
  onboarding and mapping for DigiPay services.
  
• Conduct
  training and provide handholding support to VLEs to improve service
  adoption and operational effectiveness.
  
• Undertake capacity-building initiatives for VLEs and field teams.
  
• Troubleshoot
  operational and technical issues faced by VLEs and coordinate with
  relevant teams for timely resolution.
  
• Coordinate
  closely with District Managers (DMs) to monitor operations and
  resolve field-level challenges.
  
• Analyse
  operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and
  improvement areas.
  
• Use BI
  tools for reporting, analysis, monitoring, and decision-making.
  
• Prepare and share regular operational reports and insights with the management.
  
• Support initiatives aimed at improving VLE engagement, transaction volumes, service quality, and overall DigiPay performance.
  

Requirements

• Graduate
  from a recognized university/institution.
  
• Minimum 3 years of prior experience in the FinTech / Financial Services
  industry.
  
• Experience
  in field operations, VLE/channel management, digital financial services,
  or similar roles will be preferred.
  
• Good
  working knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools and data
  analysis.
