Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required. CPA or CA certification preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in finance, with a focus on financial reporting preferred. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present findings to senior management.
