Assistant Manager

Seeking a skilled SailPoint IdentityNow Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of identity governance solutions using the SailPoint IdentityNow platform. As a SailPoint IdentityNow Architect, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance, technical expertise, and architectural leadership to ensure the successful delivery of identity governance projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Architecture : Design end-to-end identity governance solutions using SailPoint IdentityNow platform that meets the organization's business requirements, security standards, and compliance needs.
• Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, use cases, and functional specifications for identity governance projects.
• Technical Design : Develop detailed technical designs, solution architectures, and implementation plans for SailPoint IdentityNow implementations, integrations, and customizations.
• Platform Configuration : Configure SailPoint IdentityNow platform components, including VA, connectors, roles, policies, workflows, and access certifications, to align with business requirements and best practices.
• Integration Management : Design and implement integrations between SailPoint IdentityNow and other systems, such as directory services, HR systems, application platforms, and cloud services.
• Risk Assessment : Perform risk assessments, security reviews, and compliance audits to identify security gaps, vulnerabilities, and areas for improvement in SailPoint IdentityNow implementations.
• Performance Optimization : Optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of SailPoint IdentityNow deployments through performance tuning, capacity planning, and infrastructure optimization.
• Technical Leadership : Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project teams, developers, and administrators on SailPoint IdentityNow architecture, best practices, and implementation methodologies.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience working as a SailPoint IdentityNow Architect or IAM Architect, with at least 5 years of experience in designing and implementing identity governance solutions.

Strong understanding of identity governance, access management, and compliance concepts, principles, and best practices.

Expertise in SailPoint IdentityNow platform architecture, configuration, and customization, including connectors, workflows, roles, and certifications.

Hands-on experience with identity governance technologies, such as provisioning, access certification, role management, and privileged access management.

Experience with cloud platforms, directory services, HR systems, and application platforms, and familiarity with integration technologies and protocols.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
