Assistant Manager Accounts

• Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), or General Ledger (GL) functions
  
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team to achieve process goals
  
• Monitor and control attrition and shrinkage, ensuring optimal team productivity
  
• Review invoices, payments, journal entries, and reconciliations
  
• Ensure timely month -end and year -end closing activities
  
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
  
• Drive process improvements and efficiency in accounting operations
  
• Prepare and review MIS reports and financial data
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance)
  
• 5+ years of experience in AR, AP, or GL within similar industries
  
• Proven experience in team handling and people management
  
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  
• Experience in managing attrition, shrinkage, and team performance metrics
  
• Advanced MS Excel skills
  
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  
• Willingness to work in night shift / US shift
