Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.Job Summary:The role entails the management of Advertising revenues, with a primary emphasis on fostering account development to drive the expansion of Ad Sales. This involves conducting sales presentations aimed at engaging advertisers and their associated ad agencies. Collaborating seamlessly with various departments, the position is pivotal in crafting and promoting compelling proposals that resonate with clients.Job Responsibilities:● Develop new business and grow existing business at agency and client direct level with a focus on pricing, share to ensure inventory across our network portfolio are optimized.● Collaborate with various departments that could help develop & maintain high value clients.● Selling big ticket IP'S & solution based content pieces to achieve the set targets.● Establish and maintain lasting relationships with agencies, direct accounts and clients.● Provide regular updates on network performance, audience delivery and programming to drive additional spending.● Partner with Sales Planners/Assistants to prioritize accounts, resolve discrepancies and provide regular updates to clients and/or agencies.● Cultivate a strong understanding of the direct response category and competitive landscape.● Partner with the Ad Sales leadership team to manage and maximize inventory across assigned networks.● Participates in special projects as assigned.Job Requirements:2 to 7 years of sales experience, preferably in Ad Sales, Concept Selling, and Brand Content SalesProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant softwareDemonstrates excellent organizational skills and adeptness in prioritizationStrong verbal and written communication abilities, thriving in a deadline-driven settingExhibits exceptional customer service and adept problem-solving capabilitiesPossesses meticulous attention to detail and thrives as a collaborative team playerProficient in troubleshooting and effectively resolving discrepanciesWillingness to work overtime on short noticePrevious relevant experience is a valuable assetHow We Get Things Done…This last bit is probably the most important!
