Job Description – Assistant Manger – AMC Sales & Service

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manger – AMC Sales & Service to manage after-sales service, customer relationships, AMC/spares business, service partner coordination, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely execution and closure of service, warranty, and non-warranty calls.
  
• Handle customer complaints and ensure closure with RCA.
  
• Manage AMC and spares sales, lead conversion, and order closure.
  
• Monitor regional after-sales business and KRA achievement.
  
• Coordinate with Service Partners and Authorized Installation Contractors.
  
• Conduct installation, troubleshooting, spares selection, and product awareness training.
  
• Conduct performance audits, product campaigns, and process audits.
  
• Monitor project/service status and provide timely updates to HO and customers.
  
• Minimize QAR and Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ).
  
• Support techno-commercial discussions and negotiations.
  

Requirements

• Strong AMC Sales & Service experience.
  
• Excellent customer handling and communication skills.
  
• Knowledge of RCA, FMEA, site handling, spares and AMC management.
  
• Strong techno-commercial and negotiation skills.
  
• Proficiency in CRM, SAP, and MS Office.
  
• Result-oriented and analytical approach.
  
• Willingness to travel extensively.
