We are looking for a commercially driven and creative Assistant Manager / Manager – Brand Partnerships to develop strategic brand relationships, drive revenue through content partnerships, and deliver compelling branded storytelling solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in content sales or radio sales, excellent presentation and negotiation skills, and the ability to connect brand objectives with engaging content opportunities.

This role requires a combination of business development, consultative selling, creative thinking, and relationship management to build successful partnerships with new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients and brands that can benefit from branded content and content integration opportunities.
• Develop new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through new and existing client relationships.
• Pitch long-form and short-form content partnerships that align with client marketing objectives, brand identity, and target audiences.
• Present content integration solutions as effective ways for brands to engage consumers through relevant and compelling storytelling.
• Understand client requirements and translate brand objectives into creative, commercially viable content proposals.
• Conduct brand and market research to identify partnership opportunities and strengthen pitch strategies.
• Collaborate with internal creative and ideation teams to develop tailored concepts, presentations, and proposals.
• Lead commercial discussions, negotiate terms, and close partnership agreements in line with business objectives.
• Coordinate with internal execution teams to complete deal formalities and facilitate smooth project handovers.
• Work closely with account management teams to ensure client commitments and deliverables are fulfilled accurately and on schedule.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brand managers, marketing leaders, agencies, and other key client stakeholders.
• Monitor sales pipelines, track key account metrics, and prepare quarterly sales reports and annual revenue forecasts.
• Consistently work toward defined sales targets while identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts.
• Stay informed about content trends, brand marketing strategies, and emerging opportunities in branded storytelling.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 6–8 years of experience in brand partnerships, content sales, radio sales, media sales, or a related business development role.
• Mandatory experience in content sales or radio sales, with an understanding of branded content and content integration solutions.
• Experience selling branded video content or other creative content solutions will be an advantage.
• Proven ability to develop new business, manage sales pipelines, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
• Strong presentation and pitching skills, with the ability to communicate the value of content-led marketing solutions.
• Creative thinking and the ability to connect brand objectives with engaging content concepts and storytelling opportunities.
• Established relationships with brand-side decision-makers, marketing teams, or advertising agencies.
• Strong client relationship management skills and a commitment to building long-term partnerships.
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve revenue targets and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
