• • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets. 
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through marketing, networking, and referrals. 
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts. 
  • Respond to catering inquiries and provide quotes in a timely manner. 
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients. 
  • ollaborate with culinary and operations teams to create customized menus and ensure high-quality food and service. 
  • Coordinate all aspects of catering events, including venue logistics, staffing, and equipment. 
  • Work closely with other departments (e.g., banquets, F&B) to ensure seamless event execution. 
  • Conduct site visits and tastings with clients. 

Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management
