Job Description - Assistant Manager - Creative Designer

The Creative Designer (Motion/Graphics) is responsible for creating motion graphics, animations, and static designs
that support marketing and brand goals across digital, social, broadcast, technical and marketing presentations,
and other channels.
This role turns ideas, brand guidelines, and campaign plans into clear, effective visuals. The Designer makes sure all
work meets the brief, follows brand rules, is technically correct, and suits the target audience.
Working with marketers, developers, and others, the Designer helps produce content that increases engagement,
reach, and results-while meeting deadlines in a busy environment.

Key Responsibility: 
  • Design and produce motion graphics, animations, static visuals, and graphics
    (print/digital) for digital, social, broadcast, technical and marketing presentations,
    and other channels.
  • Develop concepts and storyboards based on campaign briefs, brand guidelines, and
    stakeholder input.
  • Ensure all deliverables are on-brief, on-brand, technically accurate, and optimized.
    For the target platform and audience.
  • Collaborate with marketers, developers, and project leads to align visuals with
    messaging and goals.
  • Manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high quality in a fast paced environment.
  • Edit and refine assets using feedback from reviews and performance data.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and software.
  • Prepare and present design options and final files in a clear, organized way for
    internal and client approval.

Job Specific Skills:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) for
    motion graphics and static design.
  • Experience creating motion graphics, animations, and graphics (print/digital) for social
    media, web, broadcast, and technical/marketing presentations.
  • Ability to develop storyboards and visual concepts from briefs.
  • Solid understanding of typography, layout, colour, and composition.
  • Experience editing video and applying basic colour correction (DaVinci Resolve or
    Premiere Pro).
  • Ability to optimize and export files correctly for different platforms (web, social, print,
    broadcast).
  • Good file organization and version control habits.
  • Advanced skills in DaVinci Resolve for colour grading and finishing
  • Experience with Figma for collaborative design and presentation decks.
  • Basic knowledge of 3D motion
  • Familiarity with presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote) for technical and sales decks
  • Up-to-date with current design and motion trends.
  • Good command of written and spoken English
