Job Description - Assistant Manager - Customer Support

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure excellent customer service
Develop and implement customer support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
Analyze customer feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Manage customer support operations, including scheduling, workflow, and process improvements
Develop and manage customer support budgets and forecasts
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
