<p><b>Job Description :</b><br/><br/><b>Location :</b> Mumbai (Vikhroli/Goregaon)<br/><br/><b>No of Positions : </b>15 (Assistant Manager) - 4.5+ Years<br/><br/><b>ROLE AND RESPONSIBILTY :</b><br/><br/><b>CYBER SECURITY STRATEGY AND GOVERNANCE :</b><br/><br/><b>Roles and Responsibilities :<br/></b><br/>You will be responsible to perform multiple risk assessments on various applications, services and Infrastructure components. You will be required to have impeccable interpersonal skill and will require to connect with various stakeholders across the globe.<br/><br/><b>Skills :</b><br/><br/>1. Knowledge of GRC workflows and Information Security Compliance requirements across regions<br/><br/>2. Ability to understand and have experience in ISO 27001 : 2013 implementation for large organizations<br/><br/>3. Possess deep cyber security knowledge of cyber implementations / practices in at-least one sector. E.g. Financial Services, Pharma, Manufacturing etc.<br/><br/>4. Ability to assess maturity of cyber security using NIST guidelines<br/><br/>5. Ability to "talk the security language" with client's management<br/><br/>6. Possess excellent communication skills and should be willing to walk the extra mile on client delivery and excellence<br/><br/>7. Must be an excellent team member and willing to participate in organization's initiatives on cyber security.<br/><br/><b>Certifications :<br/></b><br/>1. Candidates must possess ISO 27001 : 2013 LI/LA and should be able to demonstrate their knowledge on the certified standard<br/><br/>2. CISA, CISSP, CISM would be preferred<br/><br/>3. Cloud certifications like CCSP, CompTIA would be an added advantage.<br/><br/><b>Educational Qualifications :<br/></b><br/>1. Education 60% above throughout academics<br/><br/>2. One 3 years (at least) regular course is must either Diploma or Graduation<br/><br/>3. Course: B.E. / B. Tech / MCA / M. Tech / MBA degree or equivalent<br/><br/><b>Drive Innovation through Offerings :<br/></b><br/>1. Establish and sustain long-term profitable client relationships that drive value creation, delivery excellence and a positive client work environment.<br/><br/>2. Leads the client lifecycle from initial contact through delivery.<br/><br/>3. Manages client expectations and client satisfaction. Acts as an advisor and partner to the client.<br/><br/>4. Works with the client to minimize delivery disruptions and effectively manages client urgencies.<br/><br/><b>Continuous Improvement Strategy :<br/></b><br/>- An ongoing effort to improve solutions, services, or processes. These efforts can seek incremental improvement over time or breakthrough improvement all at once.<br/><br/>Innovation Strategy :<br/><br/>- Design, develop and implement business strategies for clients to implement new and different approaches to business based on the innovation approach.<br/><br/>Additional Information :<br/><br/><u>COMPENSATION :<br/></u><br/>1.
