Responsible for developing and managing the professional channel for Asian Paints. Market Development for luxury paints, wood finishes and décor categories through the specifier community (Architects & Interior Designers)
Business Responsibility Areas
GTM: Develop and execute a comprehensive Go-to-market plan for premium and luxury décor categories.
Relationship Management: Develop and manage relationships with key architects and interior designers in defined geography. Creating effective relationships through formal and informal connects.
Demand & lead Generation: Build, track and convert pipeline of leads of various categories
Cross functional management: Work with category teams to map consumer requirements and competition assessment. Work with design & production team to shape future offerings from the brand.
Manage RFP’s, contracts, reports, data analysis with all internal & external stakeholders/agencies
Team and Management: Develop & manage a team of 5-10 resources
