Job Description - Assistant Manager -Equity Operations & Fundraising

Role Overview:

We are looking for a high -potential finance professional to
support equity fundraising, due diligence, and transaction execution for
renewable energy projects. The role will work closely with senior leadership in
executing capital raises and managing investor processes end -to -end.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Equity Fundraising Support

  • Assist
    in equity raise processes including preparation of investor
    materials and financial analysis
  • Support
    outreach to PE funds, infrastructure investors, family offices, and
    strategic investors

  • Prepare pitch decks, teasers, and information memorandums
  • Support
    discussions on term sheets and transaction structures

 

2. Due Diligence & Execution

  • Coordinate financial, legal, technical, and ESG due diligence
  • Manage data rooms and ensure timely sharing of information with investors
  • Track
    diligence queries and follow up with internal/external stakeholders
  • Support
    closing activities including documentation and approvals

 

3. Financial Analysis & Modelling

  • Build
    and update financial models for projects and portfolios
  • Conduct valuation analysis (DCF, IRR, sensitivity analysis)
  • Support
    evaluation of new investment opportunities and partnerships

 

4. Investor Reporting & Coordination

  • Assist
    in preparing investor updates, MIS, and board presentations
  • Maintain
    documentation and support compliance requirements
  • Coordinate
    with investors for ongoing information requests

 

5. Strategic & Transaction Support

  • Support M&A and joint venture transactions
  • Conduct
    market research on renewable energy and investment trends
  • Assist in internal strategy and capital planning
    exercises


Requirements

Key Requirements:

  • CA /
    MBA (Finance) / CFA (completed or pursuing)
  • 4–8
    years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, Big 4, or
    infrastructure/renewable platform

  • Exposure
    to due diligence, fundraising, or transaction execution
  • Strong
    financial modelling and analytical skills
