About the Role

Earthood is seeking a technical ESG &
Sustainability Professional (Assistant Manager to Manager level) to deliver
client-facing ESG advisory, carbon accounting, and environmental footprint
verification.

The candidate should have an engineering
background with hands-on technical expertise to help global clients navigate
GHG accounting, SBTi net-zero roadmaps, Life Cycle Assessments (LCA), and ESG
rating frameworks (including EcoVadis and BRSR).

Key Responsibilities

• GHG & Net-Zero Advisory: Lead Scope 1, 2, and 3 accounting under the
  GHG Protocol and build client net-zero roadmaps aligned with SBTi
  standards.
  
• LCA & Carbon Footprinting: Conduct cradle-to-grave Product Carbon
  Footprints (PCF) and LCAs compliant with ISO 14040/14044 standards.
  
• ESG Reporting & Ratings: Drive client disclosures and submissions for EcoVadis,
  CDP, GRI, and SEBI BRSR/BRSR Core.
  
• Audit & Assurance: Assist in third-party verification,
  non-financial data auditing, and climate risk assessments across diverse
  industrial sectors.
  
• Client Engagement: Manage project deliverables, interface with
  cross-functional corporate teams, and translate complex climate data into
  actionable executive insights.
