Job Description - Assistant Manager Exhibition & Conference Sales / Business Development

Experience: 3 – 5 Years

Location: Dwarka, New Delhi (Work from Office)

Role Overview

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for driving exhibitor acquisition and managing key accounts for our exhibitions and industry events.

Key Responsibilities

Drive revenue generation through exhibition booth and sponsorship sales
Manage key exhibitor relationships and strategic accounts
Identify and onboard companies from power, utilities, energy, oil & gas sectors
Develop new business opportunities and partnerships
Conduct client meetings and visit prospective exhibitors to present exhibition and sponsorship opportunities.
Mentor junior sales executives and support team targets
Represent the company at industry meetings and networking events

Requirements

Ideal Candidate

3–5 years' experience in event sales, exhibition sales, media sales, or B2B sales
Experience selling to industrial sectors (energy / infrastructure / engineering / manufacturing) preferred
Strong track record of achieving sales targets
Experience in fast -paced target driven environments

Preferred Education:
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field preferred.
