What you'll be doing 

   •  Own the end -to -end monthly, quarterly, and annual
book closing process and perform reconciliation of accounts.

   •  Prepare MIS reports – P&L, balance sheet, cash
flow and maintain accurate GL records and ensure adherence to Ind AS standards.

• Coordinate with statutory auditors for quarterly reviews and annual
  audit; support internal audits covering reconciliations and fraud
  provisions.
  
• Prepare financial statements, disclosures and workpapers.
  
• Track audit observations and drive timely closure with product,
  tech, and ops teams.
  

Due Diligence

• Prepare historical financials, loan book summaries, cohort data,
  and key metrics for investor/lender queries.
  
• Coordinate DD responses across investors and co -lending partners;
  liaise with legal, compliance, and secretarial teams.
  

• Qualified
Chartered Accountant; 0 -2 years post -qualification experience.

• Strong working knowledge of Ind AS,
Companies Act 2013, GST Act, and Income Tax Act.

• Articleship with a CA firm or industry
exposure in BFSI / fintech / consumer tech is preferred.

• Proficiency in MS Excel; experience
with ERP tools (Tally & Zoho Books) preferred.

• Knowledge of data analytics tools
(SQL, Power BI, Tableau) is desirable but not mandatory.
