Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive Support & Calendar Management
• Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, including scheduling and prioritizing
internal and external meetings
• Anticipate conflicts, prepare briefing materials, and ensure the CEO is fully
prepared for engagements
2. Communication & Stakeholder Management
• Serve as the first point of contact for internal teams, board members, investors,
and external partners
• Draft, review, and manage high-level communications including emails,
presentations, and investor updates
• Track follow-ups and ensure timely execution of action items from meetings
3. Board, Investor & Leadership Coordination
• Support the preparation of board decks, investor communications, and
leadership offsites
• Collaborate with CFO, Chief of Staff, and functional heads to align on key
deliverables
4. Project & Task Management
• Monitor CEO’s priorities, OKRs, and strategic company initiatives
• Identify bottlenecks and follow up with teams to ensure timely execution
• Handle confidential projects and conduct strategic research as directed
5. Meeting & Travel Logistics
• Organize domestic and international travel, including visa processing and
accommodation
• Manage logistics for conferences, investor roadshows, and speaking
engagements
• Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure smooth travel execution
6. Operational Excellence
• Develop and refine processes to enhance CEO productivity and time efficiency
• Maintain documentation, filing systems, and knowledge management for key
decisions
• Manage expense reports, reimbursements, and budget tracking for the CEO’s
office
7. Culture & Confidentiality
• Represent the CEO’s office with professionalism and integrity
• Act as a culture carrier, fostering alignment with company values
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company, financial, and personal
matters
Requirements
Key Skills & Qualifications:
• MBA from a Tier-1 institution strongly preferred
• 1+ year of experience supporting C-level executives in high-growth or dynamic
environments
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English and
other relevant languages
• Street-smart, resourceful, and able to think on your feet in high-pressure
situations
• Proven ability to coordinate and build trust with CXO-level stakeholders
• High emotional intelligence and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
