Position Summary

The Assistant Manager – Global Network Development will be responsible for expanding, nurturing, and managing the company’s overseas logistics network. The role requires strong relationship management skills, operational process knowledge, and a strategic approach to pricing in the international logistics domain. The candidate will play a key role in business development, partnership management, and operational coordination with global counterparts to drive growth and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the company’s international logistics network through strategic partnerships and alliances.


• Manage and strengthen relationships with overseas network partners to ensure long-term collaboration and mutual growth.


• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities in line with business objectives.


• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure operational processes align with global service standards.

• Work closely with pricing teams to develop competitive pricing strategies for international markets.

• Negotiate terms and agreements with overseas agents/partners to achieve best commercial and service outcomes.


• Monitor performance of overseas partners and ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and contracts.


• Prepare reports, presentations, and business analysis for management decision-making.
