Job Description - Assistant Manager Growth Marketing & Demand Generation

Role Summary
Global Wave Dynamics is hiring a Growth Marketing & Demand Generation
Manager
to drive high -quality
lead generation, and brand visibility
.
This role functions as a key
extension of the Business Development team
, ensuring
marketing efforts translate into high -intent
engagement, and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

SEO & Website Performance

  • Manage
    SEO strategy and external agencies to improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, and domain authority

  • Monitor
    and optimize website performance, CTAs,
    and conversion funnels

  • Continuously
    refine content and positioning based on performance
    insights and user behaviour

Social Media & Brand Visibility

  • Assist
    in planning and executing the social media strategy and
    content calendar
    aligned with business priorities

  • Coordinate
    with agencies to ensure consistent messaging,
    engagement, and traffic growth

  • Support
    execution of content, creatives, and
    campaigns
    based on ongoing strategic inputs and updates

  • Identify
    and implement high -performing content
    formats and industry -relevant narratives

Growth & Lead Generation

  • Support
    execution of top -of -the -funnel pipeline
    generation
    through email campaigns, paid media, and
    inbound channels aligned with defined targets

  • Assist
    in executing and optimizing multi -channel campaigns to generate high -quality MQLs aligned
    with target industries

  • Track
    and improve CPL, lead quality, and
    conversion rates
    , ensuring alignment with performance
    expectations

  • Coordinate
    and liaise with other departments and proactively engagement, based on
    business requirements, aligned with ongoing strategic direction from
    Business Development leader.

Research & High -Intent Targeting

  • Assist
    in conducting structured research to identify high -intent companies and target segments

  • Support
    extraction of insights using tools such as GA4.

  • Prepare
    and deliver target account lists and
    actionable market intelligence
    for focused outreach

  • Track industry trends, competitor positioning, and
    high -impact CTAs
    to support ongoing strategy refinement

Analytics, Reporting & Automation

  • Assist
    in building performance dashboards
    across marketing channels

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports with clear
    insights and performance highlights

  • Support data -backed campaign optimization efforts based on evolving priorities
  • Assist
    in implementing automation across marketing
    and research workflows
    to improve efficiency

Strategic Alignment & Execution

  • Execute
    marketing initiatives in close coordination with
    VP–Business Development
    , aligned with organizational
    goals, KPIs, and timelines

  • Translate
    strategic direction into structured execution across
    campaigns and channels

  • Maintain
    alignment across marketing, research, and
    sales functions
    to ensure consistent progress

Key KPIs

  • MQL volume and quality
  • CPL, conversion rates, and campaign ROI
  • Organic traffic and keyword growth
  • Website conversion and CTA performance
  • Pipeline contribution and high quality MQL generation leading to SQL
  • Brand visibility and engagement


Requirements

Key Requirements

  • 5 -6
    years of experience in B2B digital marketing /
    demand generation

  • Strong
    expertise in SEO, email marketing, and
    performance campaigns

  • Experience
    with GA4, SEMrush/Ahrefs Suite, Mailchimp, CRM tools

  • Familiarity
    with Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Proven
    ability to generate and manage high -quality MQLs

  • Strong
    analytical and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience
    managing agencies and cross -functional teams

  • Exposure
    to automation tools and GenAI is a plus
