Perform in-depth analysis of marketing campaigns and initiatives, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
Create strong groundwork for attribution mechanisms, metric definitions, and wireframes for the most optimized way to get dashboards and reporting solutions
Troubleshoot issues and solve problems related to marketing channel performance, tracking, and implementation.
Well-articulated documentation of the initiatives, projects, and outcomes that is easy for cross-border stakeholder collaboration
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing automation, personalization, and optimization.
Monitor and report on KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI to ensure objectives are met or exceeded.
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS
Proven experience in problem-solving and generating data-driven insights
Proficiency in marketing automation tools like CleverTap, and Growth initiatives
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations. Knowledge of SQL is desirable.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to find problem statements and implement effective solutions.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellence in marketing performance.

A mature professional of 4-6 years of experience in campaign management/setup on platforms like CleverTap.
