About the role

• Responsible for setting up new operational units across various locations in India.
• Tie up with different sources for recruitment.
• Recruitment of students 10th/12th / ITI/ Diploma/Graduates
• Ready to conduct Campaign / Seminars in rural and semi-rural area
• Should be single point of contact for Company, Associates/Workers
• Should handle operations of Apprentice program (NAPS/ NATS)/ Contract labour.
• Monitor the Administrative work done by co-ordinators/Manpower supervisor’s eg- Attendance, Absenteeism, Attrition, facility provided by company
• Administration of contract Supervisors - Attendance, Absenteeism
• Resolve grievance related IR issues
• Should have Basic knowledge of statutory compliance related to contract labour/Apprentice
• Work report and MIS
• Good team player
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge – MS office

Key Skills Required

• Proven experience in staffing/recruitment and field-level operations.
• Strong leadership and grievance handling capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively across India.
