Job Description - Assistant Manager HR

#Hiring Assistant Manager HR for reputed Automotive manufacturing industry at Chennai

Location: Sri City

Experience: 8 to 12 years from any manufacturing industries

Hands on experience in Recruitment, Statutory (ESI, Payroll), Contract Labour Management etc

Must have experience in factory HR activities

About the roles & Responsibilities:

HR

1.Statutory Compliance - PF ESI, IF - (License Renewal, Half Yearly & Annual Returns filling, PCB, Fire License, Pressure vessel, property tax, Professional Tax

2.Contract Labour management

3.Recruitment & On-boarding processes, including goal setting, Performance evaluation, etc., to retain top talents

4.Employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee morale.

5.Training & Development

6.Payroll Process -Time office, Attendance Updation, OT Updation, Advance Entry, Canteen Entry, Attedance and Trainees including NAPS in Tarka Portal(Total Employees - 300)

7.Full & Final Settlement process for all units

8.Employee Engagement

9.Vendor Management - On time Vendor bills receiving, verification, submission to Head – HR & Admin. for verification and certification

10.Maintaining of Personnel Files.

11.Maintaining of correspondence files.

12.Welfare - Arranging of uniform, ID Card and Safety shoes

13.Enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

14.Addressing Employees Grievance

15.GMC Medical Insurance addition & Deletion report submission monthly

16.Statutory Registers Updation

17.Proficiency in HRIS software, etc.

1 House Keeping Management

2 Security Management

3 Canteen Management

4 Raising PR for Admin requirements

5 Petro card management

6 Company Guest house Management

7 Corporate Office Management

Admin :

Candidate requirements:

  • Experience 10-12 years or MBA HR, MA Labour with minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to work on computer to generate reports.
  • Communication skills
  • Problem solving abilities
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
