Job Overview

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – HR MIS to manage HR data, reporting, analytics, and MIS activities. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Excel, HR reporting, and data analysis, with the ability to present HR insights effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  Manage and maintain HR MIS and employee data accurately.

  Prepare and analyse regular HR reports, dashboards, and MIS.

  Generate meaningful insights from HR data to support business decisions.

  Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data and reports.

  Present HR data and insights to stakeholders in a clear and effective manner.

  Support HR teams with data analysis and reporting requirements.

  Identify trends, discrepancies, and areas requiring attention through data analysis.

  
  

Required Skills

  Strong expertise in HR MIS and Data Analysis

  Advanced proficiency in MS Excel

  Strong knowledge of PowerPoint

  Good analytical and problem-solving skills
