Assistant Manager Inside Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels to understand their requirements.


• Understand customer needs, preferences, and budgets and recommend suitable products.


• Explain product specifications, pricing, warranty, features, and other relevant details clearly.


• Handle customer queries, objections, negotiations, and concerns effectively.


• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain an active sales pipeline.


• Convert qualified leads into orders and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.


• Build strong customer relationships and ensure a smooth and professional buying experience.


• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant products or services.


• Coordinate with internal teams regarding product availability, pricing, order processing, and delivery.


• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.


• Track sales performance and contribute towards achieving overall team targets.

Candidate Profile

• 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / B2C Sales / High-Value Product Sales.


• Experience in selling high-value products is strongly preferred.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.


• Confident in objection handling, negotiation, and sales closure.


• Strong follow-up skills with ownership of the sales pipeline.


• Comfortable working with sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.


• Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.


• Basic understanding of laptops, computers, or technology products will be an added advantage.


• Strong persuasion, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
