Assistant Manager - Maintenance

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1.To monitor preventive and predictive maintenance progress as per schedule in his area of equipment to attain good customer satisfaction.

2.Good hands-on knowledge of Battery shop Equipment like Robots (KUKA), Slat conveyors, Testing Machines, Nitrogen generators, AHUs, Sealant dispensing, Servo motor, Pneumatics & Hydraulics etc

3.Good knowledge and experience of electrical layout of above equipment and its components cabinet, wiring plan

4.Good knowledge and experience of above Battery shop Equipment (hardware, software, parameter loading & programming)

5.Should have the good knowledge of Siemens make PLC, HMI, Vision systems & VFD   programming & Servo motors

. Hands on experience on wireless communication system.

7.. Should have good trouble shooting skill all above Equipment’s and able to resolve it independently.

8.Good hands-on experience of Siemens PLC & SCADA

9.To monitor and maintain spare parts stocks for both insurance and consumable spares

10. Good hands-on experience of Teaching, I/O Module configuration

11. Maintains PLC, HMI, VFD s & PC based machines Back-ups systematically 

12. Improvement in MTTR & MTBF by implementing proactive Kaizens

13. Reduction in Spares cost & spares consumption by systematic approach and timely availability

14. Execute & improve effectiveness of PM, TBM, CBM activities on equipment

15.To maintain safety of equipment’s by monitoring safety interlocks and by providing Poka-yoke.

Education Qualification

Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical / Mechatronics

General Experience

Critical Experience

Automation - preferably siemens

Robo operation and maintenance – preferably KUKA

Servo Drives maintenance.

Sealant dispensers - Maintenance

Air handling units, Nitrogen generator - maintenance

Basic knowledge of Pneumatics and hydraulics

Basic knowledge of battery manufacturing process
