· Manage and resolve employee grievances, complaints, and workplace conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
· Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employee relations matters.
· Drive a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with company values.
· Identify employee relations trends and recommend proactive solutions.
· Conduct workplace investigations related to misconduct, policy violations, harassment, discrimination, and other employee concerns.
· Prepare investigation reports and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
· Manage disciplinary processes including counseling, warnings, suspension recommendations, and terminations in accordance with company policies.
· Develop, review, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
· Ensure consistent interpretation and application of company policies across business units.
· Drive employee awareness programs on workplace conduct and company policies.
· Ensure compliance with local labor laws, employment regulations, and statutory requirements.
· Partner with legal teams on employment-related matters and dispute resolution.
· Monitor changes in labor legislation and recommend policy updates.
· Partner with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and managers to address employee concerns.
· Provide guidance and coaching to managers on performance management and employee conduct issues.
· Support organizational change initiatives and workforce restructuring activities.
· Analyze employee feedback, engagement survey results, and attrition trends.
· Implement initiatives aimed at improving employee satisfaction and retention.
· Facilitate employee communication forums and engagement programs.
· Track and report ER metrics including grievances, disciplinary actions, attrition, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction indicators.
· Generate periodic dashboards and provide recommendations to leadership.
· Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
· MBA/MSW/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
· 8-12 years of HR experience with at least 4-6 years in Employee Relations.
· Prior experience within healthcare services, or healthcare shared services organizations preferred.
· Experience handling complex employee relations issues and investigations.
· Exposure to labor law compliance and industrial relations is preferred.
