Assistant Manager/ Manager Inside Sales- Lower Parel

This will be a 6 day working role - Mon to Sat. This is going to be a B2B Role. This person will be responsible for generating leads for corporate orders and bulk orders.

All F2F interviews.

Work from office.

We’re looking for an experienced Inside Sales Executive / Assisted Sales Executive to drive both assisted individual orders and corporate bulk orders. The ideal candidate is consultative, sharp with styling, and has hands-on experience in selling to corporate clients — from pitching to delivery coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

● Assisted Individual Sales (60%)

    – Engage with online leads and repeat customers via WhatsApp, phone, and email

    – Recommend fabrics, fits, and styling based on customer needs

    – Coordinate with stores and production to ensure smooth delivery

    – Close orders while maintaining a premium, high-touch experience

    – Achieve monthly assisted sales targets

● Corporate Sales & Orders (40%)

    – Reach out to HR, Admin & Gifting Teams in companies with BSC corporate offering

    – Create customized proposals for team uniforms, bulk gifting, or vouchers

    – Manage the full corporate sales cycle: pitch → quote → sample → closure → delivery

    – Coordinate measurements, order timelines, custom branding, and packaging

    – Build and grow long-term relationships with corporate clients

    – Maintain a pipeline and regularly update progress to the leadership team

Success Metrics

● Assisted sales revenue & conversion rate

● No. of new corporate clients acquired

● Repeat orders from corporates

● Client feedback

Qualifications & Experience

● 2–4 years of experience in corporate sales or corporate gifting (fashion, lifestyle, software sales, vending machine sales)

● Strong communication and relationship-building skills

● Experience in inside sales or client servicing

● Fluent in English

● Proficient in Google Sheets, email writing, and CRM tools

● Passion for fashion, styling, and customer-centric selling

Good to Have

● Experience in a premium or custom fashion brand

● Exposure to Shopify, Freshdesk, or similar tools

● Network in corporate gifting or events space
