Job Description - Assistant Manager - Marketing Execution & Coordination


DSP Pension Fund

Role Overview
DSP Pension Fund is looking for a sharp, reliable professional who can drive marketing execution by coordinating across teams, managing timelines, and ensuring work gets delivered.
This role requires ownership, strong follow-through, and the ability to navigate day-to-day execution challenges. It is less about tools and more about getting things done.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Coordination
  • Drive end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns as per plan.
  • Ensure timelines are met across all stakeholders and partners.
  • Follow up consistently to keep projects moving and avoid delays.
  • Act as the central point of contact between marketing, product, compliance, and agencies.
  • Ensure all deliverables are aligned, approved, and executed on time.
  • Handle last-minute changes and solve execution challenges on the go.
Collateral & Asset Coordination
  • Plan and track all campaign-related assets such as videos, creatives, and communication materials.
  • Ensure timely availability of all assets required for campaign rollout.
  • Coordinate with design and content teams to maintain quality and timelines.
Social Media & Content Rollout
  • Ensure content is published as per schedule.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure readiness of all content pieces.
Ideation Support
  • Contribute practical ideas to improve execution and communication.
  • Support the team during campaign planning and brainstorming discussions.
Skills & Requirements
  • 2–5 years of experience in execution-heavy roles (marketing, operations, or coordination).
  • Strong follow-up and ownership mindset.
  • Ability to handle multiple moving parts without losing track.
  • Street-smart approach to problem-solving.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
