Assistant Manager - MRP & OP: SCM

We are looking Assistant Manager - MRP & OP: SCM Department at Endress+Hauser Flowtec India at Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra, Location

Education background.
• BE / B. Tech Mechanical / Electrical
• Diploma in Supply chain management. (Certificate course – online is acceptable) is Optional

Teamwork and Initiative:
Working as part of a team, demonstrating self-motivation.
Awareness of Environment, Health, Safety and Energy requirements as IMS standards

Experience: (MUST HAVE)
• 8 to 10 years of work experience in Production planning / Material Resource planning (maximum 2 job change).
• Hands on experience in SAP PP module with low volume high variety product mix organisation.
• Proficiency in various Microsoft tools, Power BI, Tableau.
• Experience in Data analysis.
• Good knowledge in EWM / MES.

Experience: (NICE to HAVE).
• Worked with MNC.
• Direct interaction with customers.
• Fluency in German.
• Generate debit memos for PCW positions to maintain financial accuracy.

Sales Order Management
• Create and process sales orders accurately in SAP.
• Split sales order positions as per customer and operational requirements.
• Validate and confirm the correct mode of shipment for each order.
• Issue timely order confirmations to customers.
• Monitor Automatic Order Confirmation (AOC) and ensure compliance.
• Track and verify manual order confirmations.
• Record and communicate any delays proactively.
• Perform corrections on sales orders to maintain data integrity.
• Conduct internal reviews of sales orders for accuracy.
• Coordinate interdepartmental reviews for complex sales orders.
• Focus on improvements where performance is below target

Logistics & Analysis
• Analyze air freight orders to optimize cost and delivery timelines.
• Ensure shipment mode aligns with customer expectations and company standards.

Manufacturing & Financial Adjustments
• Create rework orders for manufacturing adjustments when required.

Supply Chain Coordination
• Collaborate with SCM and Operations teams to handle material requirements efficiently.
• Manage COGI (Goods Issue Error) handling and perform inventory corrections in SAP.
• Monitor safety stock levels to prevent shortages and ensure smooth production flow.
• Review open sales orders and safety stock for CKD (Completely Knocked Down) parts.
