Assistant Manager - Operations

•  Working knowledge of GDS – Sabre and Amadeus •  IATA Certification / Diploma in Travel preferred •  Experience with a Global Travel Management Company (TMC) •  Strong understanding of corporate travel operations and complex ticketing •  Hands-on experience in Air & Hotel fulfillment, Queue Management, and BSP/ARC reconciliation •  Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets (pivots, formulas, dashboards) •  Ability to prepare and present Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs) to clients •  Confident client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills •  Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, quality, and compliance •  Ability to perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions •  Exposure to team handling, performance management, and cross-functional coordination •  Willingness to work in a 24x7 shift environment
