Role Overview
The Manager – Supply Chain Operations will be responsible for driving efficient supply chain planning, production coordination, logistics management, and operational excellence across the organization. The role requires strong analytical capability, cross -functional collaboration, and expertise in high -technology manufacturing and global supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain & Operations Management
• Manage supply chain operations including production planning, material flow, logistics, and inventory coordination
• Ensure smooth execution of manufacturing and supply planning activities to meet business objectives
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure on -time delivery and operational continuity
Planning & Problem Solving
• Analyze operational and supply chain performance data to identify improvement opportunities
• Apply structured problem -solving methodologies to resolve operational and supply chain challenges
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for process optimization and efficiency enhancement
Technical & Commercial Understanding
• Handle Commercial Off -The -Shelf (COTS), OEM, proprietary, mechanical, electrical, electronic components, HLA’s, and integration commodities
• Work closely with engineering, procurement, and manufacturing teams for effective material and production management
• Support supply chain strategies aligned with high -technology manufacturing practices
Process & Quality Focus
• Apply statistical process control and basic statistical analysis in operational environments
• Ensure compliance with operational standards and supply chain best practices
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics for performance improvement
Stakeholder Collaboration
• Communicate effectively with cross -functional teams and leadership stakeholders
• Build strong professional relationships across departments and external partners
• Operate independently while escalating critical concerns appropriately

• Knowledge of production planning, manufacturing, and logistics operations
• Understanding of semiconductor, electrical equipment manufacturing, or high -technology supply chain environments
