Role Purpose


Responsible for supporting Project implementations for Operations & associated User acceptance testing for system changes. Also responsible for critical predefined business system maintenances /set ups on production.


 Role Accountability 



  1. Provide UAT support for New Product & policy initiatives of the organization which helps in faster rollout of new products & rule changes, incumbent shall have a pivotal role in driving changes on key systems in operations from business perspective. 

  2. Collaborate with various internal groups to understand detailed business requirements, implement new processes.

  3. Ensure creation/execution of detailed Testing plans including Collaboration with key stakeholders for seamless execution of UAT process.

  4. Drive productivity initiatives through system changes. 

  5. Write detailed and accurate business requirement documents (BRDs) for system changes involved in assigned projects/regular business policy changes. 

  6. System administrator /key spoc for ensuring timely/accurate production maintenances for Ops predefined parameters.

  7. Manage various team dynamics & responsible for teams career path ensuring consistency in operations in line with business goals & objectives.

  8. Collaborate internal stakeholders to drive efficiency in processes which can lead to elimination / reduction of process re-work, customer complaints & increase productivity/reduced costs & enhanced compliances.

  9. Ensure process documentation and compliance adherence.


Measures of Success 



  1. Adherence to new program launch /project /policy change timelines 

  2. 100% accurate system set ups/accurate maintenances as per TAT defined

  3. 100% coverage /accurate UAT execution & reporting

  4. No adverse observations in internal/external audits


Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications



  1. Understanding of core systems like V+/CardOne/CEMS/WCP etc.

  2. Understanding of Operations processes

  3. Understanding of the regulatory landscape for Operations processes
