Assistant Manager Recruitment

Salary range: Rs 700000 - Rs 1400000 (ie INR 7 - 14 LPA)

We seek a seasoned Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team, where you will be pivotal in attracting and retaining top-notch talent. Your responsibilities will include identifying outstanding candidates, cultivating a strong employer brand, and overseeing a smooth recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess current staffing requirements and generate hiring forecasts
• Create talent acquisition strategies and implement hiring plans
• Drive employment branding campaigns
• Conduct sourcing activities to fill current vacancies and predict future hiring requirements
• Plan and execute recruitment and selection processes (including screening calls, interviews, etc.)
• Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Assist in employee retention and development programs
• Oversee and mentor members of the recruiting team
• Organize or participate in career fairs, assessment centers, and recruitment events
• Utilize recruitment metrics to generate reports and pinpoint areas for enhancement
