Purpose
Collaborate with central marketing team and business teams to create marketing execution plans to support the business goals and brand awareness. Candidate to be responsible for overall campaign, driving quality footfalls, increasing cash memo size, collaterals, brand association & participation and new market entry initiatives, support channels/ partners driven. Managing sponsorships, creating IPR events, on ground campus engagement and reach outline, Social Media Marketing of the asset.
Responsibilities
- To prepare a marketing plan in line with defined business objective for Binge Central. Obtain senior management sign off and report quarterly on performance.
- To implement the marketing / promotional business plan aimed at delivering increased footfalls to the mall, translating to increased revenue for retailers and ultimately improving the ROI for all stakeholders.
- To translate the center marketing and promotional activities into individual tenant sales growth.
- To track bottom line results and be able to effectively demonstrate to the management the effectiveness of each event.
- To monitor sales and foot fall reporting and translate these results into meaningful reporting for both the Mall Manager and the retailers.
- To drive social media activation for generating higher eyeballs and engagements resulting into brand upkeep.
- Driving loyalty to generate quality footfalls to the development and higher CMS based activation.
Qualifications
- MBA or masters in communications
- 3+ years relevant experience.
