Job Title: Assistant Manager – Sales

Job Purpose

The Assistant Manager – Sales will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth through effective sales strategies and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business leads through cold calls, networking, and market research
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  
• Support in the development and implementation of sales plans and strategies
  
• Prepare and deliver client proposals, quotations, and presentations
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met
  
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
  
• Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports to management
  
• Represent the company at client meetings and industry events

• 3 to 5 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in the B2B / service industry
  
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
