Job Description - Assistant Manager - SQA


Responsibilities & Key Deliverables


  1. Incoming goods inspection activity and take actions against the ok & Not ok status.

  2. Daily rejection clearance activity.

  3. Weekly SQA MIS preparation.

  4. Supplier audit against the project planning. 

  5. Supplier improvements against the issue status and taken SCAP report. 

  6. Align with the NFF (No fault forward) drive. 

  7. Working ability against IATF 16949:2016 standard.

  8. Having knowledge and in-depth understanding of IATF 16949:2016. 

  9. Know how about ICA & PCA process.

  10. Issue analysis approach (7 QC tools, Swap analysis, Simulation Trials etc.)

  11. Know how of quality core tools (MSA, SPC, PPAP, FMEA, APQA)

  12. Supplier audit exposure (JPTR). 

Experience

3-4 Years in Manufacturing

Industry Preferred

  Automotive/OEM/Teir1

Qualifications

Education - B.E./ B. Tech Electronics/E&C Experience: 3-4 Years


M MTech Experience: 1-2 Years
