Job Description - Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition

Responsible for handling the entire recruitment process right from sourcing & screening resumes to short listing candidates, coordinating & conducting interviews.

Sourcing through various job portals, Social Networking Sites, vendor hiring, through references as per the requirement specifications

Taking preliminary rounds and on the basis of that schedule further round with the head of concerned department or manager.

Coordination between the managers and the employees.

Facilitating newcomers joining formalities.
