Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced professional to take on the role of Assistant Manager - Technology in our GTB- AMS-GTB department. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and management of our technology systems and infrastructure. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Flexcube and a proven track record in leading and supporting large-scale banking technology projects.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team responsible for the implementation and support of Oracle Flexcube in a large banking environment.
Ensure effective incident, change, and problem management processes are in place and followed.
Monitor and manage a large infrastructure inventory, including both cloud and non-cloud environments, with a focus on security and performance.
Identify and address security vulnerabilities in applications and infrastructure components.
Provide hands-on expertise in Database SQL/PLSQL, JAVA J2EE, and Microservices.
Maintain a deep understanding of Weblogic and Oracle technologies and their applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support.
Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative solutions.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in Oracle Flexcube implementation and support in a large banking environment.
Proven leadership skills and experience in managing a team for Production Application Support, utilizing ITIL processes.
Strong knowledge of Oracle Digital Banking platform and its applications.
Hands-on experience with Database SQL/PLSQL, JAVA J2EE, and Microservices.
Proficiency in managing and monitoring large infrastructure inventories, including server management.
Ability to identify and address security vulnerabilities in applications and infrastructure.
Understanding of Weblogic and Oracle technologies, with the ability to apply them effectively.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a cross-functional team.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking industry.
