Assistant Manager Warehouse Operations

Role Summary

The Assistant Manager – Warehouse Operations is responsible for managing daily warehouse activities, ensuring inventory accuracy, smooth inbound and outbound operations, efficient manpower utilization, and compliance with safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory control.
  
• Ensure proper handling, stacking, and storage of materials.
  
• Monitor loading and unloading activities to prevent damages and delays.
  
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping and operational efficiency.
  
• Conduct stock audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliations.
  
• Monitor stock movement and investigate discrepancies.
  
• Coordinate with transport, customer service, and internal departments for smooth operations.
  
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards and company policies.
  
• Prepare operational reports and maintain warehouse documentation.
  
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff to achieve productivity targets.

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
