The role is essential to maintaining service quality, performing initial troubleshooting, coordinating with senior technical teams, and ensuring swift incident communication and escalation. This position is suited for someone who thrives in real-time operations environments and is committed to maintaining seamless customer experiences.\n\n## Who you are\n\n * Knowledge of Internet Television technologies including IPTV, OTT, video compression concepts, and platform architecture.\n * Comfortable working with multiple web-based applications and operational tools.\n * Strong communication and collaboration skills.\n * Proficient in English, both spoken and written.\n * University degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related discipline.\n * Preferably 2\u20134 years of experience in technical operations, service monitoring, or maintenance.24*7 Shift.\n\n\n\n## Not a Perfect Fit?\n\nConcerned you may not meet every requirement?
