Assistant Manager-HR

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – HR that will handle the following :

• Management of Statutory Compliances (PF, ESI, PT, IT, MLWF etc)and Legal/ Labour issues
• Ensure all branches fully compliant for Internal Audit
• Payroll complete process from input processing, to output generation, taxation and investment as per local statutory acts. Also managing the payroll of outsourced staff
• Management of the entire recruitment cycle for entry level positions including sourcing, interview co-ordination, interviewing, offer closure, reference check. 
• The entire recruitment process to be managed as per the global recruitment policy on timely basis in the recruitment system available
• Overall responsibility as Generalist HR

You will need to have :

• Academic Education: Graduate & Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration will be an added advantage.
• Experience - 6-5 years.
• Minimum 7 years' solid experience.
• With HR business partner experience in the shipping / Logistics / freight forwarder industry would be preferred
• Excellent communication skills and able to deal with staffs at all levels within the organization
• Familiar with local labor law, social benefits and Income Tax
• Fluent in both written and spoken English, Hindi & Marathi
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
