Position Summary

Skill

1. Strong knowledge of industrial electrical system, automation, Servo systems, Pneumatic systems, PLCs, etc.

2. Hands on experience with Omron (NJ/Nx Series) and Mitsubishi (Q-Series ) PLCs.

3. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.

4. Experience with Robots like ( Universal, Omron, Fanuc, Mitsubishi) used in welding, Die casting & assembly lines.

Job Discription

1. Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on electrical equipment such as servo motors, drives, PLC system, robots and sensors.

2. Minimize machine downtime by quick fault diagnosis and repair, automated/robotic production lines.

3. Troubleshoot PLCs, HMI and drives (Omron, Mitsubishi).

4. Participate in WHY-WHY Analysis, 5S, Kaizens and TPM activites.

5. Maintain daily logs, breakdown records and maintain history in CMMS.

6. Maintain minimum stock level of critical spare parts, raise PR’s and coordinate with Tool room and purchase team.

Designation - Engineer (M-5) 

Qulaification - BE / B.Tech Electrical 

Year of Experience - 2 to 4 yrs
