Job Description - Assistant Manager/Manager - TV Ad Sales

Position: AM/Manager

Location: Noida

Reports to: Group Head

Role Description:

- Identify and cultivate leads for potential advertisers through research, networking, and outreach efforts.

- Conduct sales presentations and pitches to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and advantages of advertising on our platform.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all advertising-related inquiries.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and operations, to develop customized advertising solutions that meet client objectives and deliver maximum ROI.

- Negotiate advertising rates and contracts with clients, ensuring that agreements are mutually beneficial and in line with company pricing guidelines.

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, tracking performance against targets and identifying areas for improvement or optimization.

- Provide excellent customer service throughout the advertising sales process, addressing client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key responsibilities:

- Map New & Assigned clients & agencies service them so as to achieve the Targets assigned across for ABP NETWORK Channels.

- Creating solutions interacting with different teams for quick turn-around of closure of deals with multiple assets.

- Projection of business month on month & quarterly basis.

Knowledge & Skills:

Strong communication & analytical skills with presentation capabilities.

Qualification: Bachelors degree/MBA
