Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
Strong exposure to hiring for Transmission Line, Substation, or Power projects(Mandatory).
Expertise in sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and recruitment planning.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and meet recruitment targets.
Experience: Minimum 7 Years
Preferred Industry: Transmission Line, Substation, Power Sector
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred)
