Job Description

 

Assistant Manager – Bidding

Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience in tendering, bidding, and proposal preparation.
  • Strong understanding of procurement guidelines (ADB, World Bank, Government entities, etc.).
  • Excellent writing, documentation, and formatting skills.
  • Good analytical ability to interpret RFPs and tender requirements.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor national and international procurement portals for relevant tenders.
  • Review RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and bid documents to assess eligibility and technical requirements.
  • Conduct bid/no-bid analysis and prepare summary reports for management.
  • Draft and format CVs, corporate experience, project sheets, and supporting documents.
  • Assist in preparing cost estimates, BOQs, and financial proposals.
  • Ensure all documents meet client specifications and submission guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with donor guidelines (ADB, World Bank, JICA, Government departments, etc.).
  • Maintain a database of past projects, CVs, company credentials, and templates.
  • Track tender deadlines, submissions, and post-tender follow-ups.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any stream; Engineering degree preferred.
