We provide software and digital payment solutions to the BFSI Industry as a technology service provider. We function as a Technology Service Provider (TSP) and a Third-Party Aggregator Provider (TPAP), catering to stakeholders across the financial value chain, including banks, merchant aggregators, merchants, and consumers. We got listed targeting SME IPO in Aug – 2021 on the NSE Emerge platform with a market cap of Rs 2500 Cr (as of Mar’24) and became NPCI an approved Merchant Payment Service Provider, acquiring merchants and facilitating payment. NPST has a marquee clientele having 10 Banks and 30+ PAPG and Merchants. What will you do We are looking for a zealous marcom assistant to support the marketing department of our company in its primary and administrative duties. Job responsibilities: Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure coordination of the department’s activities. Support marketing executives in organizing various projects. Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information. Assist in organizing promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns. Assist HR with Internal communication. Manage company monthly internal newsletter. Undertake research on marketing strategies of competitor companies. Amplify social media presence of the company. Assist with external events and event plans. Coordinate with multiple vendors on daily deliverables. Track awards and maintain the awards calendar. Track project plans with clearly defined deliverables and resources, coordinate work streams and dependencies, track and communicate progress. Manage and assist with e-mail campaigns. Maintain company customer database and maintain the content repository. What are we looking for: Ability to concisely present project deliverables. Good understanding of project management and marketing principles Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines. Well-organized with a proficiency to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Excel, MS Office (CRM tools, online analytics). Entrepreneurial skills, ability to observe, innovate and own your work. Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills. Influencing skills and the ability to create positive working relationships with team members at all levels. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Collaborative approach and work with perfection as a group effort to achieve organization goal. Education Qualification Bachelor's or master's degree. /PGDMA in Marketing from MICA.
